Return Policy -- You may return defective items within 30 days of delivery. Mis-ordered items must be returned within 10 business days for exchange. Returned items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. All returns require prior approval by submitting a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request to our email address mapsales@hydrografx.com . Items returned in non-new condition will be returned at customer expense.
